Leadership
Founder
Andrew & Mo Shearman -
Andrew was born near London UK and has been married to Mo for 46 years. They have one son and two daughters and six grandchildren. He is a fourth generation preacher with experience in ministry going back more than 40 years. Working out of their local church in Nottingham UK, this included children and youth leadership, pastoral duties and church planting in Europe with teams of young people, leading an evangelistic team (International Outreach), working with many churches in city wide outreaches, often using the team’s 3000 seat tent.
The thrust of Andrew’s life and ministry is to raise up passionate, hope-filled, non-religious warriors to see a Glorious Church and a Global Harvest. As a prisoner of hope, Andrew is committed to Tabernacle of David and Feast of Tabernacles! He and his friends are committed to government in the Kingdom by servant apostles and prophets, networking with others of the same heart and values.
Andrew sets the spirit and direction of G42 and provides the foundational teaching for the G42 Leadership Academy.

Shanda Dodd is a young professional who is passionate for the Lord and His work. She was born in Oslo, Norway and grew up in Germany where her parents served as church planting missionaries. Shanda earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. During her college years she worked with Rivers Edge Community Church in children’s and youth ministry. After graduation, she worked as a preschool teacher before embarking on The World Race – an extreme year long mission trip around the world – where she worked in Central America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
Through her mission experiences she gained a heart for Europe and the missionaries that serve there. Her passion is to see Europeans once again embrace their Savior and the missions community stay strong and healthy as they pursue the work to which God has called them. It is this passion that has brought her to G42, first as an intern and now as a staff member.
Shanda’s joy is contagious and her laughter brightens the darkest days. Her creative, adventurous spirit make her an asset to any team. She is a disciple maker and encourager. With her computer and organizational skills she has served G42 as administrator since June 2010.
Missions Coordinator
After an enjoyable career in the foundation field and several experiences in the nonprofit and mission field, Jennifer decided to take that knowledge and move forward in her vision of serving children, specifically street children. This led her to the south of Spain where she can reach out to several locations in which the issue of street children needs to be addressed.
As part of the G42 staff, Jenn is not only able to move forward in her vision and passion, but also use here abilities with nonprofits and operations from my previous experience and education to serve G42 and specifically individuals participating in the Missions and Nonprofit tracks. She is also assisting and teaching in an English language school that is quickly growing and developing in Mijas.
Anti-Trafficking
Stephanie is an Iowa-native who has fallen in love with her European heritage. She graduated from Wartburg College in ’04, and since then she has eagerly adopted a lifestyle of missions both domestically and internationally.
Through her travels and experience, Stephanie has been exposed to the harsh realities of human trafficking in SouthEast Asia, Eastern & Western Europe and the United States. She is not only devoted to sharing womens’ stories with the public, but tangibly making a difference in their lives as she seeks employment alternatives and transitional housing options for these women. She is the European director of an anti-human trafficking organization called MATTOO (Men Against the Trafficking of Others) and is currently pioneering anti-trafficking efforts in Spain, Romania and Czech Republic.
Other passions include running, eating, traveling and challenging the church to love as Christ loved us. One day she hopes to have her own land complete with goats, chicken, bees, a vegetable garden, fruit trees and a vineyard!
